What if the problem isn't that you're trying too hard?
You may have:
✓ Trouble falling asleep or staying asleep
✓ Felt exhausted for months or years
✓ Feel like you've tried everything but nothing seems to stick
✓ Found yourself constantly "on"
✓ Wondered why your body won't relax even when your mind knows you're safe
The Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP) is designed to support the nervous system's natural capacity for rest, recovery, and restoration.
What Is RRP?
RRP is a listening intervention that uses specially filtered music to support the nervous system's natural capacity for rest, recovery, and restoration.
Unlike traditional talk therapy, RRP doesn't require you to analyze your thoughts or revisit difficult experiences. Instead, it works through the auditory system to support the body's ability to settle and recover.
Many clients describe it as surprisingly simple.
You listen.
Your nervous system does the work.
Why It May Feel Different
Many of my clients already understand why they struggle.
They know their history.
They understand their patterns.
They've done therapy before.
Yet their body still feels stuck.
I often use RRP to help clients strengthen the foundation beneath the deeper work we do together.
You Might Benefit from RRP If You...
☐ Struggle to fall asleep, stay asleep, or wake feeling rested
☐ Feel exhausted, even after a full night's sleep
☐ Find it difficult to relax, even when you want to
☐ Feel like you're always "on" or carrying tension in your body
☐ Experience anxiety, overwhelm, or a racing mind
☐ Feel emotionally numb, disconnected, or shut down
☐ Notice digestive symptoms that worsen during stress
☐ Feel stuck in patterns you understand but can't seem to change
☐ Have tried therapy, self-help, meditation, supplements, or other approaches without lasting relief
☐ Wonder why your body still reacts as though you're unsafe, even when you know you're not
What To Expect
Every nervous system is different.
For that reason, RRP is introduced gradually and collaboratively.
Some people begin with only a few minutes of listening at a time. Together, we'll pay attention to how your system responds and adjust the pace accordingly.
My goal is not to push your nervous system.
My goal is to help create enough safety that your system can begin to recover at its own pace.
Equipment Requirements
✓ Over-the-ear headphones
✓ No noise-canceling features
✓ No bass enhancement
✓ Quiet listening environment
I'll walk you through everything you need before beginning.

How RRP Fits Into Therapy
I often use RRP alongside:
• EMDR
• Nervous system regulation work
• Attachment-focused therapy

For some clients, RRP becomes a starting point.
For others, it becomes a supportive tool throughout therapy.
The goal is the same:
To help your nervous system experience more safety, flexibility, and capacity for connection.
